We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role will be instrumental in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining our Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions to support our human resources and talent management processes.
Role Overview:
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, you will work closely with our HR team to understand our workforce management needs and leverage Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud functionalities to meet these needs. Your expertise will ensure we fully utilize Oracle HCM Cloud’s capabilities, enhancing our HR operations’ efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules such as Global Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
- Analyze business requirements and processes to align Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions with HR objectives.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify system enhancements and optimizations, driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud updates and upgrades.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and proficient use of the HCM system.
- Provide post-implementation support, resolving any system issues and ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud updates and new features, advising the HR team on best practices and new functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, with a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in managing full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to train and support end-users.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules and HR processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and configure the HCM system accordingly.
- Proficient in creating documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
