We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, comprehensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and expertise in a variety of technical skills including Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), Integration Service Gateway (ISG), PL/SQL, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). This role is pivotal in leading integration projects, designing, and implementing solutions that enhance business operations, ensuring seamless connectivity between various cloud and on-premise applications, and leveraging analytics and reporting tools for better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect cloud-based, on-premise applications, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), employing Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), Integration Service Gateway (ISG), and other technologies.
  • Utilize PL/SQL for advanced data manipulation, integration, and reporting tasks, ensuring high performance and security in database operations.
  • Develop and manage advanced reporting solutions using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for insightful analytics and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into sophisticated technical specifications.
  • Ensure best practices in security, governance, and data management within the integration and reporting environment, including adherence to compliance and data protection standards.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to the integration team, mentoring junior members, and overseeing development work to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of integration solutions and reporting outputs to ensure stability, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and reporting issues, providing expert support and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), Integration Service Gateway (ISG), PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Expertise in REST and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and Oracle Database technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming for complex data manipulation and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle PaaS offerings such as Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Visual Builder.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and technical concept explanation.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable, especially in OIC, EBS, and related technologies.
