Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle SOA Technical Lead to spearhead our Oracle SOA Suite projects. This remote leadership role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SOA Suite solutions to meet our business requirements and support our clients’ digital transformation journeys. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle SOA Suite projects, ensuring best practices in design, development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance SOA solutions using Oracle SOA Suite.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the integration of Oracle SOA Suite components with existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SOA solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risk assessments, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and Oracle SOA Suite advancements, recommending strategic directions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle SOA Suite, including hands-on experience with BPEL, ESB, OSB, and SCA.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex SOA projects.
• Strong understanding of web services technologies (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).
• Experience with Oracle Database and middleware technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
